1. Definitions

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by toto13 to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud.
• "Rupiah" or "IDR" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used for transactions on toto13.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on toto13, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any amendments or updates we may publish from time to time.

toto13 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using toto13 services and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules or terms applicable to individual games, sports betting markets, or promotional offers.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use toto13 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. toto13 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one account with toto13. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly forbidden and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account credentials or place bets on your behalf.
• Payment Method Ownership: All payment methods (bank accounts, e-wallets, credit cards) registered with your toto13 account must be in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

4. Account Registration

To access toto13 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in our registration form. The registration process requires the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national ID card / KTP)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Date of birth (to verify you are 21 years or older)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and account actions.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify toto13 customer support. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent unauthorized transactions.

toto13 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, toto13 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process involves submitting the following documents:

• Government-Issued ID: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. The document must be valid and not expired.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document (issued within the last 3 months) showing your full name and current residential address matching the address registered on your toto13 account.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face in good lighting, ensuring both your face and the ID document are clearly visible.

All documents must be submitted through your toto13 account dashboard. Our compliance team will review your submission within 1-24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your account has been verified.

toto13 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

By submitting KYC documents, you authorize toto13 to verify the authenticity of your documents with relevant government agencies or third-party verification services. All personal information collected during the KYC process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Deposits and Payments

toto13 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider. Deposits are typically credited to your toto13 account within 2 minutes of successful payment confirmation.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and your account being suspended pending investigation.

toto13 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees, which are beyond our control. All deposit amounts are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate transactions.

By depositing funds into your toto13 account, you confirm that the funds are derived from legitimate sources and are not connected to any criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. toto13 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation at any time.

7. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-related winnings
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000
• The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction (higher amounts may be split into multiple transactions)

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours during business hours (08:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Approved withdrawals are typically credited to your Indonesian bank account or e-wallet within the same business day. Weekend withdrawal requests are processed on the next business day.

toto13 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual account activity. This is to protect both you and the Platform from fraud and money laundering.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless alternative arrangements have been approved by toto13 customer support. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

toto13 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may charge processing fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

toto13 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotional page for each offer.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 20x-35x) before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10-20%. Check specific bonus terms for details.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While wagering bonus funds, there is a maximum bet limit per round (typically Rp 25.000). Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have expiration dates (typically 7-30 days). Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to one of each type of bonus. Abuse of promotional offers through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of bonuses and account closure.

toto13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain players from promotional offers if we suspect bonus abuse or violation of terms.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus play (after meeting wagering requirements) can be withdrawn. The original bonus amount is typically deducted upon withdrawal.

9. Betting Rules

When placing bets on toto13, you agree to the following rules and conditions:

Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed, except in cases of obvious technical error.
• toto13 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or match irregularities (e.g., match-fixing allegations).
• In the event of a match postponement, suspension, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to official league rules and our specific sports betting rules.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results as announced by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). Subsequent disqualifications or rule changes do not affect settled bets.

Casino Gaming

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. Decisions made by dealers are final.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the game result will be determined according to the game provider's rules, and the outcome will be settled in your account.

Lottery and Togel

• Lottery and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted according to official schedules published on the Platform.
• Winning numbers are determined by official draw results. toto13 has no influence over draw outcomes.
• All lottery bets are final and cannot be canceled once the draw has commenced.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on toto13 and may result in immediate account suspension, funds forfeiture, and legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Creating an account or gambling if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to abuse bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsified documents, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between toto13 and other platforms to guarantee profits.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other manipulative strategies.
• Money Laundering: Using toto13 to launder funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to toto13 systems, other users' accounts, or confidential information.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing toto13 staff or other players through customer support channels or platform communications.

toto13 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. If we suspect any violation of these terms, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation, request additional documentation, void bets, confiscate funds, and permanently close your account without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, toto13 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to poor betting decisions or gambling losses
• Technical issues, server downtime, or platform malfunctions
• Internet connectivity problems or device failures on the player's side
• Errors in game outcomes, odds display, or bet settlement (except where toto13 is directly at fault)
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Changes to laws or regulations affecting your ability to use toto13 services
• Actions taken by payment providers, banks, or government authorities

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. toto13 does not guarantee any specific outcomes or profits. All betting and gaming decisions are made at your own risk.

toto13's maximum liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arises.

12. Account Termination

You may close your toto13 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (minus any outstanding bonuses or wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

toto13 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• You create multiple accounts or engage in bonus abuse
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• You engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other players

In the event of account termination for violation of these terms, toto13 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your account, including deposits and winnings. Any bonuses, promotional credits, or loyalty points will also be immediately voided.
